- Little or no social interaction between members of different groups.
- Negative comments about the work habits of members of other groups.
- Prejudicial or stereotypic comments about other groups.
- Display of symbols offensive to ethnic, gender, racial, or religious groups.
- Complaints about other cultural, racial, or gender groups.
- Use of demeaning terms (e.g., boy, gals).
- Frequent “us” versus “them” comments.
- Complaints about favoritism.
